About the Founder

Valeria Toner

Founder & Executive Director

With a global academic background in International Relations, Governance, and Law from Prague, Bonn, and Madrid, I’ve always been passionate about connecting cultures and ideas. After moving to Kenya in 2015 to work with the United Nations as a Communication Advisor and Senior Event Coordinator, I honed my skills in organizing global events such as World Environment Day.

In 2022, I founded Luxury Life Kenya, a boutique PR and marketing agency that offers creative and strategic solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. The agency reflects my passion for storytelling and cultural connections, which we also celebrate through our publication, Luxury Life Kenya magazine. This lifestyle magazine is our pride, sharing stories that inspire and embody the essence of luxury living.

Janki Savla

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Janki Savla curates social media content for LLK clients, ensuring consistent and creative content to engage audiences on digital platforms. After gaining her ⁠BSc in Speech and Language Sciences at the University of Sheffield, Janki worked in social media and PR at Freuds in the United Kingdom. She has worked in digital marketing with various companies ranging from real estate, commercial, spas, aesthetic clinics, beverages, and wellness in Nairobi over the past 4 years.

Ashton Allert

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Ashton curates individualised marketing design and style that promotes the beauty and value of each of our client's businesses. Ashton holds a Masters degree in Global Communication from SOAS University of London, as well as BA in International Relations from Baylor University. She has 4 years of experience in event planning, photography, graphic design, and web design. Ashton has worked in Nairobi, London, and the United States within the humanitarian, non-profit, and private sectors.

Anastasia Nane

PHOTOGRAPHER, BRAND STYLIST & DECORATOR

Anastasia has been passionate about photography for over 20 years — it has always been her way of seeing the world. She holds a background in art history, event styling, floristry, and color theory, and completed training as a professional stylist. Anastasia brings all this experience into her work — combining aesthetics, color, and storytelling in every frame she creates She is especially drawn to portrait, fashion, and wildlife photography.
